5 Components to a Priorify® Project

Icon description
1. Executive Alignment

Executive management, guided by Priorify personnel, align around a project challenge statement, and the executive team identifies their internal / external stakeholders.

2. Stakeholder Intelligence

Priorify analysts interview the stakeholders 1-on-1. Their feedback is kept anonymous (promotes honesty & transparency), and is used to build the cause-and-effect diagram.

3. Diagram Validation

Stakeholders review the diagram and modify for accuracy. Priorify personnel don't move forward until all stakeholders validate that the diagram now adequately tells "their story."

4. Prioritization Analytics

With the diagram validated, stakeholders will now rate each node. Their ratings, combined with Priorify's prioritization algorithm, illuminate your key priorities.

5. Your Own PriorityPath®

The culmination of this process produces a PriorityPath®, which is a unified and clear path to success. Remediation teams create and implement targeted action plans.

Frequently Asked Questions

Running your business and achieving your desired outcomes is no small task.

These questions address common needs that leaders like yourself hope to resolve by engaging in a project with Priorify®.

What is a PriorityPath® Project?

A PriorityPath® project is our scientifically-validated solution to meet your unique needs. A project includes a process we use to identify key company priorities, minimize existing barriers, and unlock your full potential for success.

Is a PriorityPath® project a consultation?

No, rather, it's a facilitation. The PriorityPath® process is fully dependent on insights collected from client-identified stakeholders during face-to-face or group visits. Priorify’s® facilitators NEVER insert their own opinions, experiences, and ideas into the analysis.

What will Priorify's® facilitators do?

Our facilitators engage each stakeholder by asking the following questions regarding the project’s mission statement:

  1. What should we be doing that we are not now doing, and why?
  2. What problems now exist that must be resolved if we want to accomplish this project’s mission?
  3. What potential problems may surface as we take action to accomplish this project’s mission?

Priorify’s® facilitators organize captured insights into cause-and-effect diagrams.

What is the final deliverable from a project?

The final step of our facilitation will include recommendations that are fully dependent on stakeholder ratings of each node on the cause-and-effect diagrams. These anonymous ratings produce a Strategic Event Value (SEV) for each node - the fuel behind PriorityPath's® data-driven recommendations.

From this, your company will be able to clearly see what your key priorities are, how to minimize barriers holding you back, and what you need to do in order to capture immediate and long-term success for your company.

So, you will engage my Stakeholders? Explain.

Your stakeholders are one of the richest sources for insights regarding your business. Through our stakeholder interviews, we'll not only gather their suggestions for how your company can succeed, but also effectively secure their buy-in to your company's success. It's time to utilize this seldom-used source of truth for your business and unify your company at the same time.

What kind of problems has Priorify® solved?

Our PriorityPath® solution is industry and problem agnostic, meaning it can be applied to any type of problem, goal, or initiative you have before you - regardless of industry.

Examples of real client applications include: strategic planning, organizational restructuring, manufacturing improvements, operations, quality control, productivity, cost reduction, revenue enhancement, conflict resoltuion, mergers and acquistions, safety (OHSA), and security.
