Prioritized Stakeholder Intelligence

Executive management, guided by Priorify personnel, align around a project challenge statement, and the executive team identifies their internal / external stakeholders.
Priorify analysts interview the stakeholders 1-on-1. Their feedback is kept anonymous (promotes honesty & transparency), and is used to build the cause-and-effect diagram.
Stakeholders review the diagram and modify for accuracy. Priorify personnel don't move forward until all stakeholders validate that the diagram now adequately tells "their story."
With the diagram validated, stakeholders will now rate each node. Their ratings, combined with Priorify's prioritization algorithm, illuminate your key priorities.
The culmination of this process produces a PriorityPath®, which is a unified and clear path to success. Remediation teams create and implement targeted action plans.
